Back in L.A. busy with ideas in my head and working hard on Me Vs Myself. It feels great! I have not updated in a while. Hope everyone has been well! I will be playing a rock show at The Viper Room this Friday the 8th.. I am putting all friends and fans on the guest list cause that’s how I roll!

Its starting to get hot out. I am starting to like it as well. I am in North Carolina tonight sitting on the bus. About to head into the hot venue and say hello to some of you amazing fans. Packed out venue tonight. Its going to get crazy. You guys tend to always go off in North Carolina and I can not wait to hit the stage to night and sweat with all of you.

Off day, off day, off day…
Relaxing much needed day off today. What do you like to do on your day off? We all have our things we like to do. For me a off day from tour involves and nice shower and maybe a trip to the mall or sitting by the pool relaxing. Today I am in Madison Wisconsin. I have spent the day shopping, had a long shower, and nice drink at the bar. Moments from now I’ll be heading out with my tour family to get some dinner and go bowling.
Feels good to let my body heal from its rock show battle scares. You all have been so amazing this tour. Its been great to see you all!

Last night the rain was coming down so hard before we hit the stage. Since I have been living in L.A. for the past couple months I have not seen rain like that in some time. It was refreshing and made the air smell like Seattle.
Its all about the little things.
The main reason I mention all this is that I believe its good for everyone to enjoy the little things in life. Even if its just stopping to smell the roses, or in my case the rain. Life is too beautiful of a thing to not enjoy all the wonders and joys that come with it. I like to think of myself as a very positive person. Little daily shitty things don’t tend to get me down. Why let bullshit ruin your day? I think about all the good. I think about how I can make it better or focus on things that do matter. I don’t have time in my life for negative or none productive things.
Think about this and think to yourself: Am I wasting my time on bullshit?

Back out on the road….
Tonight was the first night of tour. Starting in Salt Lake City. Its truly amazing to come back to places that you have toured over the years and see a lot of familiar faces in the crowed singing along. I am thankful that I get to play rock n’ roll for a living and even more thankful to have the support of such amazing fans.
We are heading down the road right now to Colorado. I can hear the road from my bunk I lay in right now as I write this. It’s a sound you get used to and it almost calms you after doing this for a fair amount of years. Its weird when you go home and have time off you almost have a hard time falling asleep with out it. For most of you that know me. I tend to have a hard time sleeping anyways. I love the night.
Well I am off to chat with friends and also many of you via twitter or text. I hope everyone has a great week and excited to see you on the road soon! make sure and check the tour dates and tweet me and tell me what shows you are coming to see! I love knowing what friends I will see next!!

Happy mothers day to all the beautiful mothers of the world. I am sitting here at my place in Seattle packing up my suitcase and ready to embark on another tour. I have been touring the word playing rock shows for over 8 years now. Its crazy how time flies in life. I am thankful for every second I have had on this earth making and preforming music. So today is a day to say thank you to the one who gave you life. The ones that brought you, me, and everyone on this earth in to it. Our mothers… Thank you mothers across the world for giving us life. Thank you to my very own mother for always standing by me and believing in my dreams.
